Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach this website or us — you enter them directly in Stripe's secure environment, where they are encrypted and processed. We have no access to your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address (and your name, if you give it) on the basis of your consent, so we can tell you about new paintings and collections. The list is kept with MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
This website stores in your browser only what it needs to work — the contents of your basket and your language choice. These are not used for tracking.
Anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics) are used only if you allow them. Until you agree, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent. If you change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the choice will be offered again.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical records of requests (IP address, browser type, time) to keep the service running and secure. This data is not used to identify individual visitors.
We pass on your data only as far as necessary: to the carrier (Czech Post) to deliver your parcel, to the payment provider (Stripe) to process your payment, to the email provider (MailerLite) if you subscribe to the newsletter, and to our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
