Don’t rush the magic

I painted "Don’t Rush the Magic" as a quiet reminder to myself, and to anyone who sees it, that some of life’s most precious moments appear when we least expect them.

I used the softness of warm ochre and pale gold to evoke that gentle, unlooked-for happiness, almost like the light catching a forgotten moment. The darker, deeper blues and purples represent the unknown, the space where true magic often unfolds, unseen until it’s ready.

I hope that even a glimpse of those accidental golden moments can encourage us all to slow down just a little.
